| Summary: | In the current work we argue for the need for a radical change of orientation in the professional activity of the property managers in Spain. Traditionally this sector has been completely oblivious to the philosophy and practice of marketing – indeed it might even be considered to be still locked into what is known in marketing as a production orientation. There are a number of elements that, to a certain extent, allow us to start from this general hypothesis. |
