| Summary: | METEX is a spreadsheet application by which annual running costs for maintenance and repairs can be estimated simply. It is meant for apartment houses (condominiums ), but there is no bars to use it for any building type. It can be used both for economical cost controlling in design stage of building process and in annual cost budgeting. The development work was financed by Ministry of the Environment in Finland and VTT. |
