||In the current work we argue for the need for a radical change of orientation in the professional activity of the property managers in Spain. Traditionally this sector has been completely oblivious to the philosophy and practice of marketing indeed it might even be considered to be still locked into what is known in marketing as a production orientation. There are a number of elements that, to a certain extent, allow us to start from this general hypothesis.
